Development and Horizons of Scientific Research in Third World Countries (in Arabic)

Auther : Al-Taher Awadallah

No doubt that the historical patterns of development as well as the recent ones has shown that, without scientific knowledge, development would have been an impossible mission.

So long as the scientific knowledge in itself could be reached through doing scientific research, basic researches as well as the applied ones could be seen as a significant and essential development factor.

Within certain ultimate goals, special designed researches can be conducted to reach certain degrees of performance and to achieve certain degrees of efficiency.

In most cases certain defined measures can be adopted to attain some important results such as:

  1. High rate of productivity.
  2. Less cost.
  3. Less time.

Through such relevant researches, people concerned would be in a position to avoid unnecessary waste of time, money and energy, more and above, the continuous achievements towards the designed goals would be considered as signs of high abilities and full acquaintance with how to do the work.

Under such impressions on perforance, people in charge would get happy to interact successfully.
