The Bureaucratization of the Political Process
Auther : A.Rashad
The Purpose of this essay is to the dimensions of the bureaucratization of the Political process especially in developing countries. The analysis of the relationships between bureaucratization and the political process in these countries requires a study of political cultural, input-institutions, such as political parties and interest groups, and output-institution, which include the military and civil bureaucracy. Political culture constitutes the psychological and attitudinal context surrounding the political process. In the new stats, it is difficult to state that effective political parties and interest groups, such as union, syndicates or associations based on professional or class solidarity exist, instead, the political process has been carried out through both informal groupings, based on personal relations, and bureaucracy, wheres the military adopts antipolitical view and tries to transform political roles into administrative ones.
