THE EFFECT OF TOKEN REINFORCEMENT AND CLASSICAL CONDITIONING ON THE TREATMENT OF ENURESIS

The purpose of this study was to investigate the efficacy of two behavior Modification techniques in the treatment of enuresis with children (6-12) years of age. The techniques are: Token Reinforcement and classical conditioning.
A Significant difference between the two experimental treatment groups and control group was found, showing that the two treatment techniques were more effective than the control or no-treatment group. However no Significant difference was found between the token Reinforcement group and classical conditioning group and classical conditioning group in the amount of progress toward cleanses.
No Significant effect of interaction between the treatment method and the etiological variables was also found.
