This study measured and compared the job satisfactions of the staff and the workers of faculty of commerce in kuwait university . it was found , in general , then the stuff members had higher satisfaction than workers . the priorities of factors of staff’s job satisfactions were nature of the job first , salary , job safety , relation ship with superiors , and work hours last . for the workers , the periarities were salary first relation ship with superiors , relation ship with peers , job nature work hours , and work environment last . it was also found that the staff members has a high job satisfaction with participation in decision making , nature of the job , relation ship with others , and with work hours . more over , they had made rite job satisfaction with factors such as salary , research vacation . sick leave , health safety , and conferences attendance : yet , they have a low satisfactions with other factors of job satisfaction such as authoring incentives , research incentives , job safety , and work environment. The researchers indicated that the workers had night job satisfaction with factors such as relation ships with others and the nature of their jobs . they had job satisfaction with factors such as salary , sick leave , job safety and work environments . nevertheless , they had a poor job satisfaction with paid study leave hausing , job safety , promotion apportunithes an participation in decision making. The job satisfaction of the whole members of the study was found to be mode rite job satisfaction .
