The philosophy of Japanese Management Regarding Human Resources
Auther : Rafie M. Fefaie
Japan , a nation with out any significant mineral or energy resources , clearly understand that , in most Japanese companies , human assets are considered to the firm’s most important and profitable assists in the long run. This management orientation is supported by a well – integrated system of strategic and techniques that translate the abstract concept into reality. The evidence strongly suggest , however , that the key elements of Japanese management practices are not unique to Japan and can be successfully transplanted to other cultures . we can learn from the Japanese lesson that it is not enough to build a system. Those selected to run the system must also have the ability to understand how the system works and must be willing to take the steps necessary to keep it working, even if that requires some personal sacrifice.
