Personality And Organization Theory
Auther : Mostafa A. Torki
This study tries to clarify the relationship between the human personality and formal organization. The main inquiry has been into range of differences between a particular set of needs and the requirements of the job itself ,as well as the overall organization climate. The classical , neoclassical , modern and integrative model are discussed. The classical and neoclassical theories have in common the use of global theory of personality as premise upon which an organizational structure is designed. Modern theory follow quite the same logic, although they are based on a different initial redundant premise. The various integrative approaches attempt to synthesize the various one – sided views in a single framework or single integrative approach which is considered to be amore accurate model of functional organization .
