The objective of this study is to test the assumption whether there is disagreement of the management concept between the Kuwaiti managers or not. The test will be done by an empirical study by using a sample of 56 of Kuwaiti managers. The results of this study can be summarized as: there is a disagreement of concept. Some look at is a decision-making process, some as an art (as a technique),some as an active depends on the personal relationship, others look at it from the concept of human-relationship. We found that there is no relationship between the management concept and age, experience, and university education( specialization) together or seperatly . The importance of this result is that : The management concept depends on a very personal point of view. Thus,there must be much more management training-courses; the curricula of management sciences must be re-examinde, the future researches must be oriented to treat the management phenomena in a more scientific way which helps in developing the management especially in Kuwait and the Arabian Gulf.
