The purpose pf this study was to seek and gather data concerning the attitudes and opinion experts in the field of adult Education for maximizing benefits of the existing education system for literacy. It is the findings would he useful to achieve a higher standard-to fulfill this purpose, the researcher had to gather data concerning the existing structure, of an adult education. The major researcher tool used for this was a questionnaire administrated to the teaching staff at the college of education in Kuwait University, teacher-training institutes for men and women and experts in the field of an adult education. The questionnaire included items, which covered the following areas:
1- Experts, preemptions regarding education for literary.
2- Personal attitudes and opinions regarding students and teachers in the present system of adult education.
3- To what extent do the present curricula meet students needs?
4- What is the role of mass media in promoting adult education?
5- How teachers are trained for this kind of education?
6- What should be done to assist education for literacy to become more accessible and more effective?
