The main purpose of this study is to compare the means through which the Arab League and the European Economic Community (EEC) implement their resolutions and decisions. The study explains in some detail the nature of the obstacles which influence the execution of the Arab League’s decision, as compared to the highly effective performance of the EEC in this regard. This comparative analysis ends with some specific suggestions which may enssure a higher degree of efficiency when it comes to the implementation of decisions made by the various organization of the Arab League.
