Effectiveness Of Counseling Program in Developing Spiritual Intelligence and Reducing Bullying Behavior in a Sample of Primary School Children

This study amied at investigating the effectiveness of Counseling program to develop spiritual intelligence in reducing bullying behavior in a sample of primary school children. Method and Procedures: The experimental approach has been adopted to investigate a sample consists of 40 children (20 males, 20 females) age (2,58+12,35) years The children were tested on the spiritual intelligence measure, bullying behavior measure along with the instructional program. Results: There are significant differences in the range scores of spiritual intelligence between pre/post test of the experimental sample. It is also clear that there is no significant differences between both the measures (after-pre) (after more than 4 weeks of starting the program) for experimental group as the range of spiritual intelligence scores of the experimental sample. As well as significant differences between the range score of bullying-behavior between the pre-test and after-test for the experimental sample. There are no significant differences between pre-test and after-test measurements (after 4 weeks of the program) of the experimental group in average scored of bullying behavior.
