Proposal for Total Quality Management in Social Work Offices in Sharia Courts

Total quality management is a very important subject that concerns researchers and is described as the third billow revolt after the industrial and information revolution. It has indeed become one of the pivots of modern management due to the great advent in information and communication technologies, which have become indispensible to any development in any field. In the field of social service, workers have been keen on applying total management in order to ensure an effective work cycle that would be compatible with professional and administrative innovations, with a view to achieve excellence and improve end products to challenge competition. It is within this framework that the study realized the need to draw a proposal for the implementation of a good comprehensive quality management in Sharia courts' social services offices. Thus the study aims to do the following: Drawing a proposal for the implementation of a good comprehensive quality management in Sahriaa courts' social services offices. The study depended on a theoretical and analytical approach so as to:
(1) Offer a theoretical and analytical examination of the philosophy of quality management based on the latter's cognitive elements (its rationale, development, objectives, principles, requirements for implementation in social agencies)
(2) Drawing a proposal for the implementation of a good comprehensive quality management in Saudi Arabia's Sahriaa courts' social services offices similar to the model set by Joseph Juran's model.
