This study aims at determining attitude toward woman occupying supervisory positions at various work organizations in Kuwaiti society as perceived by the sample as a whole, and according to sex, civil status, nationality, marital status, and job experience. The results of the study indicate a relatively positive attitude in general, and according to sex with statistical difference in favor of females, civil status groups, Kuwaiti and non-Kuwaiti with a statistical difference in favor of Kuwaitis, marital status, job experience group, and lack of interaction effect when taken into consideration more than two variables of the study. The studys relatively positive attitutde represents a growing trend that stems from the universal appeal for equal responsibilities and privileges for women, and from the local scene which witnesses an increasing number of them in work organizations. Also, this trend stems from their growing ambition in pursuing further education, and competing with men in various work situations.
