Abstract
The dissociation constants of pyridoxal hydrochloride were determined spectrophotometrically as well as potentiometrically at ionic strength of 0.50 M KCL and at 30؛C. Interaction of uranyl ions with pyridoxal was studied spectrophotometrically. From the results it was drawn that only one complex was formed in solution in the pH range 3.00 - 4.70 with pK value of 7.71
