Stabilizing control of systems with uncertain parameters and state delayd

ABSTRACT
In this article, a class of linear, discrete-time systems with uncertain parameters and state-delay is considered. Through the constructive use of Lyapunov functions, linear memoryless feedback controllers are synthesized to render the solutions of the uncertain system globally bounded provided that certain structural properties of the nominal system are satisfied, and the feedback gain factor is selected within known bounds. The theoretical results are illustrated by simulation studies on a typical dynamical model of machine tool vibration systems.
